Dr. Oluwalola Joy Aluko, widely known as Lollah Aluko, is a legal practitioner, entrepreneur, business coach, and international business strategist passionate about empowering individuals and businesses to achieve meaningful growth and global opportunities.
She is the CEO of JIT Groups of Company, Founder of Business Rebirth Academy, and Founder of NextGen Academy, a football and general sports development academy. Through her various ventures, she continues to promote entrepreneurship, professional development, leadership, and youth empowerment. As the visionary founder of IBIA Awards UK, Dr. Aluko created the platform to celebrate exceptional people and organizations whose leadership, innovation, achievements, and impact deserve recognition on a global stage.
